Perhaps it was just his imagination, but he couldn't shake the feeling that the items in the room had diminished for no apparent reason.
"Mom, if there's nothing else, I’m going to hang up." It was always awkward discussing such matters with his mother.
"Yixian, Yixian..." Situ Yuning whispered the name over and over, giggling to herself from time to time as if lost in thought.
"What? Are you calling me fat?" Mother put on a stern face; even her most beloved son couldn't say such things to her, or she would turn cold.
After Grandmother Jia nodded with a smile, Lady Wang said slowly, "We must find out the proper way to send the tuition. I will have Feng prepare everything and send someone to deliver it."
Que turned around, wearing an expression of utter justification, and pointed at the mangled corpse submerged in the white, flocculent substance.
Chu Lantange only recognized Cheng Feng; she didn't know the others. After chatting for a few moments, she learned they had been sent by Zhuo Yilan to search for someone. They had seen the secret signal but found nothing further in that direction, nor had they spotted the second signal.
Dumbledore spoke with a touch of pleading, "The members of the Order of the Phoenix are all but under surveillance. You know the current situation... we cannot afford to take risks."
In the end, Dongfang Yunyang forcibly shattered Dongfang Youchu’s defenses with a single Rasengan, then he and Ye Bai, along with Yamada Saori, caught her off guard, forcing her to withdraw from the battle.
The Star Lord Wuqu gave him a silent thumbs-up. He looked at the young man in white before him: standing heroic and dashing in the wind, with lofty ambitions reaching the sky, graceful, elegant, and spirited—a true stalwart youth.
"I won, my apologies." Ao Jing said slowly, waving the sword in his hand. A smile played on his lips, and then, with a fierce swing of his blade, a shark formed of water lunged with open jaws toward Wu Liang.

Yuan Sheng did not recognize this magic, so he hastily took flight in a beam of auspicious light to escape. The monster’s head pursued relentlessly, churning up clouds of dust and smoke across the surface of the lake. The beast's jaws snapped open and shut, coming close to swallowing Yuan Sheng several times.
Ximen Qing and his two companions slowly descended to the ground. He was somewhat speechless and had no desire to linger in the sky any longer.
The two of them moved through the forest like this. They did not ride "Lie" because, in such a dangerous forest, flying in the air made them far too conspicuous, so they had no choice but to advance slowly on foot.
"I haven't caused any trouble, have I?" Ye Zi’s heart began to race. She looked up nervously and peered ahead.
She tremblingly dialed Jin Mingxin’s number, trying to figure out how to explain things so he wouldn't misunderstand.
Zhuo Yifan hadn't expected Yao Yi’s temper to be so peculiar; she acted the moment she felt like it, showing no mercy. His face was pressed against the window when a teacup came whistling toward him. He hurriedly stepped back, but even with his quick retreat, the cup flew past, grazing his cheek.
Ji Zha’s explanation was quite reasonable. As the two spoke, they saw many different types of creatures appearing beneath the stone wall, both animal and plant. Some of these things Haocheng had seen before, while others were entirely new to him. It seemed Ji Zha’s theory of spontaneous generation held water.
Zhuo Yifan smiled, thinking, "The blow has been struck; what’s the use in not forgiving? I can’t exactly beat him up again."
Consort Che’s tone sounded as if she were coquettishly teasing someone, and combined with the charming smile on her face, it was enough to leave one spellbound. Many of the demons nearby were enchanted by this, drooling all over the floor—a testament to their powerful imaginations.
Yaquan’s gaze drifted idly away from Selina. After a swallow that made his Adam's apple bob, he finally confirmed it.
"Impressive! Jingyu, you’re probably the only one who could treat a multi-billionaire boss with such nonchalance..." Mo Yichen couldn't help but give Yang Jingyu a thumbs-up, sighing in admiration.

Outside, Commander-in-Chief Xia walked out of the elevator, radiating an icy aura. Two bodyguards followed closely behind, matching his stride and pace exactly.
Ye Ying knew very well what she had done, so how could she dare to confront Ye Jian? It was precisely because she was afraid that she wanted to use Du Jiayi to deal with Ye Jian.
Just as Hua Lian was lost in her thoughts, the Ice Dragon blocked her path. By this moment, the creature had grown much larger, and its entire body radiated a coldness even more intense than the sorrow she felt.
Business had been particularly good this episode, and the extra items Yan Jianxiu had prepared were all sold out, resulting in a decent profit.
"Yes, yes, thank you, Niang Li, Lingyu, Qiuyu. Let us go see off Young Master Cui." Chujian beamed as she greeted Lingyu and Qiuyu. Cui Ziyin watched from the side, stunned, unable to help but feel a twinge of envy that Niang Li could make Chujian so reliant and coquettish.
To tell the truth, Mai Zi was truly cold. She reached out to grab a garment to drape over her shoulders, but Yan Qiuming grabbed her hand.
When Liu Miao reached the courtyard gate, she put on a mask, pretending to be ill. She had asked the people downstairs and found out which room Zhou Xianglian lived in, so she went straight to knock on the door.
This was how it was in the forest; for now, it was safe, but that might not last. Yuan Guanglong felt that even if active missions were better than mandatory ones, they were still likely traveling to another world, and safety was hard to guarantee.
