"Little Heath... were you robbed on the road? Let your sister see, Heath, your first time belongs to me!" Junsha Ling rushed over, her face full of concern, while her hands made a rather indecent gesture.

Heath looked at Junsha Ling with an expressionless face. This woman was truly something else. Even with the road blocked like this, her first reaction was still to make a dirty joke. No wonder the reviews about her from Sister Ling were, "A woman whose soul is fused with innuendo."

Heath couldn't help but think, what an amusing woman.

"Ling, with so many stones, how long will it take us to move them?" Heath sighed as he looked at the stones before him, closing the car door to keep Junsha Feng from barging in.

Meanwhile, Zorua lay atop Heath's head, glaring at Junsha Ling with a look of resentment. In Heath's mind, Zorua kept muttering that Junsha Ling was a bad person and that Heath should be wary, lest the old grass eat the tender cow.

"It's not much, it'll be done in no time. I called the Machoke and Conkeldurr from the driving school," Junsha Ling waved off his worries. Immediately, Heath saw a group of muscular men appear by the roadside.

Heath took a deep breath as he watched the Machoke and Conkeldurr, each rippling with muscle and looking almost freakish. With their help, there was no doubt the task would be easy.

After all, the strength of these Pokémon was formidable, and few humans could compare.

"Ling, wait a moment. I'll make something for them to eat, since they're helping us," Heath smiled and entered the food truck.

Junsha Ling paused, then broke into a grin, happily patting the food truck door before turning with renewed spirit to help out.

Heath planned to prepare fitness meals for the Machoke and Conkeldurr. Surely, Pokémon that loved building muscle would enjoy such food.

Though fitness meals sounded special, they were actually quite simple to make. Their defining feature was being low-fat and high in protein, with quality proteins as the primary ingredient.

Heath had some excellent chicken breast on hand—perfect for cooking. Vegetable salad paired with chicken breast sautéed in olive oil was easy enough, and before long, Heath had prepared many portions.

Heath poked his head out and saw that all the stones on the road had been moved. He was surprised; it seemed Machoke and Conkeldurr’s strength was truly remarkable.

But what surprised him most was the giant boulder now surrounded by a group of Machoke.

"Ling, what are the Machoke doing?" Heath asked curiously, mentally counting the Pokémon and relaxing—he had prepared enough food for all.

"They’re taking turns lifting that giant stone. Apparently, it's a method for Machoke to evolve—challenging the impossible and becoming better Conkeldurr," Junsha Ling answered, arms folded and dust on her hands, showing she'd been helping too.

Heath suddenly understood. No wonder the Conkeldurr hadn't helped; this was how Machoke evolved.

In reality, Pokémon evolution differed from the games. Those that required trading to evolve in the games didn't need it in this world, but their methods were unique.

"Little Heath~ do you want to challenge yourself? Sister will help you become an outstanding adult~" Junsha Ling leaned against the food truck window, smiling mischievously at Heath.

"No, thank you, Ling. These are meals for Machoke and Conkeldurr. Please help deliver them," Heath quickly waved her off and carried out the fitness meals. Each portion had three pieces of chicken breast and some vegetable salad.

"Wow~ so much~ Little Heath, your energy is so... vigorous~" Junsha Ling looked at the white dressing on the salad with a meaningful expression.

Heath rolled his eyes. Suddenly, a dazzling light erupted nearby. Heath stared in amazement—beside the giant boulder, a cluster of light shimmered and flashed.

"The light of evolution!" Heath exclaimed, astonished. He hadn’t expected that a Machoke would truly break its limits through carrying stones and evolve.

Witnessing this splendid moment, Heath felt a strange emotion stir within him. The light of evolution was the most beautiful miracle of life in the Pokémon world—nature's gift to Pokémon.

Through evolution, a Pokémon’s strength and form changed, becoming stronger and sometimes gaining new attributes.

When the white light faded, a Conkeldurr with even more robust muscles appeared before Heath, excitedly swinging its fists and shattering the giant stone with a single punch.

"Moved, aren't you? That's evolution," Junsha Ling smiled at the newly evolved, euphoric Conkeldurr and the envious Machoke beside it. They had tried, but hadn't yet surpassed their limits.

"Yes..." Heath glanced at his own Pokémon. Farfetch’d was out of luck; only its Galarian form could evolve into Sirfetch’d...

No, Sirfetch’d.

But Zorua could still be expected to evolve into the powerful and unique Zoroark, and Charmander could complete its evolution and become Charizard.

Thinking of Charmander, Heath couldn't help but recall the Charizard whose vitality had been depleted.

Junsha Ling handled official matters reliably, delivering food to every Pokémon that helped—eighteen in total. Heath's supplies were just enough, with five or six pieces of chicken breast left. It was time to restock.

[You have served fifteen Machoke and three Conkeldurr. You have received twenty-one cans of protein powder.]

His golden finger appeared right on cue. Heath was stunned; he hadn’t expected to receive so much protein powder. It was a surprising development.

"But I have no use for this stuff..." Heath looked at the protein powder in the cabinet, bemused. He couldn’t really launch a fitness meal menu.

"Never mind. I'll just keep it," Heath shook his head, closed the cabinet, and resumed driving his food truck toward the driving school. He still hadn't finished his first subject today.
