Chapter 32: The Celestial Maiden Actress
Big Sister Lin shot Little Lin a disdainful glance, her eyes filled with a lingering grievance.
“You’re thinking about other women—am I really so old and faded now?”
“Haha! A woman like you, Big Sister Lin, would be the dream of countless men in Japan. You’re the kind they pine for day and night!” Little Lin laughed heartily as he replied.
Big Sister Lin smiled with flirtatious charm, her cheeks blooming like peach blossoms. She scoffed lightly, “That’s more like it. Since Little Lin is interested in my girls, I shouldn’t spoil your fun, should I? Tonight, let me host you all! I’ll call over the best girls and let you choose as you wish. Most importantly, Little Lin, I want you to have a wonderful time.”
“I didn’t expect we’d benefit from Little Lin tonight! Haha. Big Sister Lin has a few foreign beauties under her command, with figures that defy description. Usually, we have to book in advance and wait in line if we want to enjoy them.” The boss of He Sheng Hall, a burly, obese man in his forties nicknamed Fatty Big, grinned lewdly, the flesh on his face almost bunching up with his smile.
Soon after, Big Sister Lin made a phone call, said a few words, and within ten minutes, nearly ten stunning beauties entered the restaurant. Their looks and figures were among the finest, nearly equal to the so-called celebrity beauties, distinguished only by their identities, which determined their vastly different worth.
“These twin sisters, just eighteen, arrived from Poland last month. They haven’t served any guests yet—tonight, they’re yours to enjoy, Little Lin!” Big Sister Lin beckoned the sisters, both about one meter seventy tall and identical in appearance, over to Little Lin’s side. Little Lin’s eyes immediately fixated on the sisters’ impressive and firm bosoms, lust gleaming in his gaze. Big Sister Lin, accustomed to such reactions from men, laughed wantonly.
The bald man and Fatty Big, along with the others, each took a woman and sat down. The other underlings seated at distant tables could only watch helplessly as their bosses enjoyed the company of these gorgeous women.
That evening after work, Chen Erpao took Wang Xuemei home to her apartment complex before hurrying away. Wang Xuemei was initially displeased, but upon hearing that Chen Erpao had a surprise for her later, she instantly became cheerful, happily returning home to wait.
Chen Erpao drove his Mercedes straight to the center of Tuen Mun District. Earlier, he had overheard Wang Xuemei expressing her love for white lilies. He realized he had never given flowers to a woman before, and thought it would be a shame not to do something special.
There was a flower shop near their apartment, but it was small and only had red lilies. So Chen Erpao decided to drive to the district center instead.
Inside a stylish Western restaurant at the district center, Zhang Xiaoyu was joyfully sharing dessert and conversation with friends. A few years ago, few knew her name, but now, hailed as the new generation’s idol in the entertainment industry, she shone brightly in the eyes of the post-90s crowd—almost everyone knew her.
Since her debut, her first album won the newcomer’s award, and her popularity soared. In recent years, she had ventured into film and television, achieving notable success.
Today, with rare time off, she made a special trip to Tuen Mun District to meet old friends.
“Xiaoyu, why didn’t you bring your assistant and bodyguard today? With your fame, if someone recognizes you, it could be troublesome. I heard Tuen Mun’s security isn’t great lately—lots of fights on the streets.” The young woman sitting next to Zhang Xiaoyu spoke with concern.
Zhang Xiaoyu, with a fresh and exquisite beauty, her skin radiant as snow, exuded youthful vitality. She smiled gently, “Amei, you’re being overly nervous! If I go out with a bunch of people every time I meet friends, how could I live? Besides, when we’re done eating, I’ll drive straight home. What’s the worst that could happen—get robbed? If so, ah, I’ll just count myself unlucky!”
“Hehe, hopefully you’ll meet a robber who’s after your looks and get swept away!” Amei teased.
Meanwhile, Chen Erpao arrived at a flower shop called “I Am Flower Shop.” He stared at the name, thinking, “These days, oddities are everywhere!”
Inside, the shop was surprisingly busy. Chen Erpao entered and saw about ten people gathered around a young man.
“Wait, this young man looks familiar. I think I’ve seen him at the underground boxing matches—he’s Tianyi, the son of Camel, the boss of Hongxing. Tianyi was the winner on the red corner that night.” Chen Erpao suddenly remembered who he was, feeling that fate had brought him across Hongxing once again, as if enemies always crossed paths.
Tianyi was currently courting a pretty young shop assistant and paid no attention to the newcomer. But one of his followers, his hand wrapped in bandages, spotted Chen Erpao and froze, mouth agape.
“T-Tianyi, he, he’s here.”
Tianyi turned impatiently, “Who are you talking about? You don’t usually stutter, but today you’re tongue-tied.”
“That guy from the mall who crippled Curly—watch out! He’s not human, I swear.” The follower forced himself to suppress his fear and spoke nervously.
Tianyi was startled, then studied Chen Erpao carefully.
“So you’re the one who crippled Hongxing’s top fighter Curly and injured so many of our brothers. Impressive! My old man said you might be someone important and told me not to mess with you, but I think you’re just a security guard with some fighting skills. What could you possibly be? Now that I’ve run into you, it’s your unlucky day.” Young and arrogant, Tianyi paid no mind to Chen Erpao’s reputation from that night.
Chen Erpao had no desire to fight again, nor did he want to become mortal enemies with the formidable Hongxing gang, so he said nothing and quickly walked out of the flower shop.
Seeing Chen Erpao retreat instead of fight, Tianyi felt even more triumphant, especially in front of the woman he was courting. With a roar, he led his men in pursuit.
To all supporters—if you have votes, smash them and raise them high for Chen Erpao!
