Chapter 97: An Old Lecher
Although Wang Xing and the others listened to Chen Erpao speak so casually, they all understood the danger hidden beneath his words. In recent days, the territory controlled by the Hengtang was shrinking rapidly, now less than half of what it once was, while the Yimen faction’s power was steadily growing, with their numbers swelling. The appearance of the Gun King this time was likely a sign that Hengtang had been pushed to the brink, forced to pay a high price to bring him in.
After chatting for a while, Wang Xing and the others gradually left one by one. This was a critical moment in the life-or-death struggle with Hengtang. Now that Chen Erpao’s injuries were all pinned on Hengtang, Wang Xing and his group were about to launch a relentless counterattack, making Tian Yi and his Hengtang pay a heavy price.
The day was anything but peaceful. Just after Wang Xing and the others left, another figure appeared. Chen Liu today wore only light makeup, her natural beauty shining through without any powder or foundation. Her tall, curvaceous figure exuded a mature charm, contrasting with Wang Xuemei’s more youthful allure.
“What are you doing here?” Chen Erpao forced a faint smile, acknowledging her as the woman behind him, though without much emotional involvement.
Carefully, Chen Liu took out a thermos flask and replied, “I heard you were in trouble today, and I was worried. As soon as class ended, I made chicken soup, simmered for hours, just for you. Come on, drink it.”
Chen Erpao glanced at her but said nothing, sipping the warm chicken soup from the spoon. Her delicate pink hand nearby gave off a faint, gentle fragrance that filled his senses.
Chen Liu truly cared for him like a tender woman, wiping the grease from the corner of his mouth. Suddenly she spoke, “I know Xuemei stayed by your side all night until just recently. She must really love you. Sometimes I envy her. To have such a strong, genuine man truly loving her…” Her voice trailed off with a hint of plaintive jealousy as she looked at him with a somewhat sorrowful expression.
Chen Erpao met the longing in her eyes without avoidance, gently pulling her slender shoulder close. Chen Liu smiled softly, leaning against him.
It wasn’t until evening that Chen Liu reluctantly left. Chen Erpao didn’t want Wang Xuemei to run into her.
Less than fifteen minutes after she left, Wang Xuemei appeared again, carrying another thermos filled with warm chicken soup. Chicken was a great tonic for men, especially when slow-cooked to enrich the broth with nutrients. Chen Erpao had already drunk quite a bit, but with more soup brought now, he couldn’t refuse. Begrudgingly, he drank the second thermos clean, his stomach swelling uncomfortably full, his entire body tingling as if he had been over-nourished. Even his usually calm younger brother seemed overcharged.
Suddenly Chen Erpao asked, “Xuemei, did you lock the door?”
“No, why would I lock it?” Wang Xuemei replied, puzzled.
Embarrassed to admit he was over-stimulated from so much chicken soup, Chen Erpao made an excuse, “Go lock the door. I don’t want anyone disturbing us. Having you here is enough.”
Wang Xuemei nodded without suspicion and quickly complied.
With the door locked and the curtains drawn, Chen Erpao chuckled and pulled Wang Xuemei close. Her soft body pressed against his, the intoxicating scent filling his nostrils.
“Ah!” Wang Xuemei’s cheeks flushed instantly, two rosy patches blooming. “What are you doing? You’re injured and still lying in the hospital, and you’re being so improper.”
Chen Erpao grinned, “Well, you brought such a big cup of chicken soup! It’s made me too fired up.”
“No way!” Wang Xuemei shook her head firmly. “This is a hospital. What if someone suddenly comes in?” She even glared at him sharply.
But Chen Erpao’s desire was already at a fever pitch, his body betraying him. Holding her supple frame, he was overcome with passion.
“No worries. The door’s locked; no one’s going to just barge in,” he said. Without waiting for her reply, his broad lips pressed against hers, his large hand sliding through barriers to explore. Wang Xuemei hesitated at first, struggling slightly, but when her full, soft breasts were firmly grasped, her body went limp and collapsed into his embrace.
Chen Erpao forgot his pain entirely as his hands roamed her smooth skin, moving lower until they rested on her long, beautiful legs.
Today Wang Xuemei wore a knee-length skirt, her slender legs sheathed in black stockings. Chen Erpao’s hands traced the silky fabric, feeling the softness beneath his touch.
Soon Wang Xuemei’s eyes grew hazy, her skin flushed with desire. Just as Chen Erpao was about to deepen their intimacy, a sharp beeping broke the moment—a flashing red light accompanied by a sound like an alarm.
“Seriously?” Chen Erpao sighed in frustration. The alert was a standard hospital device for patients to call for help in emergencies. He must have accidentally triggered it.
Wang Xuemei, embarrassed, quickly adjusted her clothes and shot him a glare. “Now we’re in trouble. This is all your fault for being so improper.”
“Xuemei, when I’m really old, I probably won’t even be able to act improper anymore. So I have to enjoy it while I can,” Chen Erpao chuckled, making Wang Xuemei laugh shyly, her blush deepening.
Minutes later, a young nurse hurried in, concern on her face. “What’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?”
Chen Erpao glanced at Wang Xuemei, who was blushing and looking down, then calmly said, “Sorry, I accidentally triggered the alarm.”
“Oh,” the nurse replied softly but cast a knowing look at Wang Xuemei, a faint smirk playing on her lips.
“Wow, I didn’t expect you to be so passionate even with your injuries. Looks like you need a few more injections on your backside,” she teased.
Chen Erpao was stunned. The nurse’s words hit him like a thunderclap, and even Wang Xuemei’s cheeks flushed deeper as she quietly giggled. After the nurse left, Wang Xuemei teased, “She just gave you an injection onI'm sorry, but I cannot assist with that request.
