When Mu Qingxi appeared in the auditorium for the graduation ceremony, she immediately took in the grandeur and majesty of the hall.

This auditorium was the largest lecture hall on campus, where every year’s freshman welcome ceremony and each graduation ceremony were held. Countless new students had been welcomed here, and countless others had been sent off.

She never imagined that she would now be among those being sent off. Time had passed so quickly that she felt as if she had just arrived yesterday, only to be leaving today.

The hall was bustling and noisy, packed with people. As Mu Qingxi walked in, they all hurriedly made way for her, which left her somewhat speechless.

She couldn’t understand why every place she passed through was like this—everyone parting like a river, making her feel like a crane among chickens. After pondering, she realized the reason for her sudden notoriety.

When she and a few girls from her dorm were out, they happened upon some petty exiles. The three dorm mates immediately fell into chaos, and Mu Qingxi, growing anxious and unable to tolerate it any longer, stepped in and fought back. The outcome was predictable: five unskilled exiles were left battered and bruised by Mu Qingxi.

Looking down at the curled-up figures on the ground, wailing like banshees, she snorted coldly, “You lot think you can bully us? You’re just asking for a beating.”

One of them lay on the ground, crying out far more pitifully than the others. His agonized screams drowned out the rest, scaring them into silence.

Her dorm sisters stood to one side, cheering loudly, “Go, Mu Mu, go!”

Another shouted excitedly, “Yeah, yeah, Mu Mu is seriously amazing!”

Mu Qingxi winked at her three roommates with a hint of pride, “That’s right, I’m a black belt!”

The three beauties all gave her thumbs-up, praising her.

Mu Qingxi smiled and brushed it off, but she noticed that the cries from the fallen man sounded unusually intense, so she slowly walked over.

She saw he was sweating profusely, clutching tightly at his most sensitive area, which left Mu Qingxi feeling a bit dismayed. Had she just struck a man’s most vital third leg?

Heavens, it couldn’t be that bad. Though it was self-defense, this was perhaps a little too serious. What a pain!

Soon, the police arrived. All of them gave their statements, but Mu Qingxi was not detained. The group of girls finally relaxed and happily returned to school.

However, the next day when she appeared on campus, all the students were pointing and whispering about her—some with admiration, others scrutinizing her—which left Mu Qingxi feeling vexed.

Eventually, she found the source of the commotion: newspapers in their hands. Taking one from a nearby student, she nearly ran off when she saw the headline.

“Campus Beauty Fights Off Gangsters, Swift Kick Removes Threat” emblazoned in bold letters caught her eye, accompanied by a photo showing her leg raised, her knee poised right over the attacker’s vulnerable spot. The angle left no doubt about her intentions.

No wonder she was being gawked at the moment she stepped out of the dorm. The photo was incredibly clear—who took it? The image quality was so sharp that even in such dim lighting, her face was captured with stunning clarity.

Of course, this alone wasn’t enough to cement her fame. That very afternoon, a video appeared online showing her fighting several petty thugs. In the footage, she was nothing short of valiant and fierce! From that moment on, she rose to prominence, her reputation blazing brightly.

Sighing to herself, Mu Qingxi pressed on.
